1. What types of massages do you offer?
We offer a wide range of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, aromatherapy, reflexology, and more. Each is designed to address specific needs and preferences.

2. How long are the massage sessions?
Our sessions typically last 30, 60, or 90 minutes, this includes 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after for dressing and consultation. You can choose the duration that best suits your schedule and relaxation goals.

3. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, appointments are required in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist are available.

4. What should I wear during the massage?
You can wear whatever makes you comfortable. Most clients undress to their comfort level and are draped with sheets or towels throughout the session to maintain privacy.

5. Can I request a specific therapist?
Absolutely! If you have a preferred therapist, choose them when booking your appointment online.


Health and Safety
6. Are massages safe for everyone?
Massages are generally safe, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are recovering from surgery. Please inform us of any concerns or health issues before your session.

7. What precautions are you taking for hygiene and safety?
We follow strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing all equipment, using fresh linens for every client, and ensuring our therapists practice proper handwashing and wear masks when necessary.


Before and After Your Massage
8. Should I arrive early for my appointment?
No, please arrive at your appointment time. If you arrive early, please wait in the first-floor lobby until your appointment time.
9. Can I eat before my massage?
It’s best to avoid heavy meals before your massage. A light snack is fine, but being too full may cause discomfort during the session.

10. What should I do after my massage?
Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage. Avoid strenuous activity and take time to relax to maximize the benefits of your session.


Payment and Policies
11. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most major digital payment methods.

12. What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $40 fee..

13. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available in-office, and eGift Cards can be purchased online.  They make a perfect gift for any occasion.

14. Do you offer couples' massages?
Yes, we have a private room designed for couples to enjoy a relaxing massage together. Please text to set up.

15. Can I add enhancements to my massage?
Yes, we offer various add-ons like aromatherapy, hot stones, or deep tissue focus for an additional fee. Let us know your preferences when booking.
