An ancient form of healing through different pressure points on the feet. The theory suggest that these points align with certain body organs and other parts of the body. Applied pressure and massage to these points on the foot causes relaxation and healing to their corresponding body part.

Mommy-to-Be Prenatal Massage
Mommy-to-Be
Great for relieving any body pain associated with pregnancy, such as back-aches and swollen feet. Prenatal massage is very relaxing for both the mother and baby. Sessions are limited at one hour so the mother's muscles are not overworked. Second and third trimester only.

This is the maximum time allowed for prenatal massage.

An ancient healing practice, Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a mat, as opposed to a massage table. The technique combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and deep massage techniques. Ashiatsu (Back-walking) Massage
This technique is great for a relaxing, deeper than deep-tissue massage. It helps to release deep muscle pain with long and broad strokes using the bottom of the therapist's feet. There is no pain associated with this type of massage. Great for those that love a deeper than deep massage, with a need for muscle aches and pains relief. Must weigh more than 130lbs with dense muscle tissue.
